The annual meeting is this week! Be sure to check out the full program online and try out the “Create Itinerary” function to save talks and events in your schedule, either through the meeting website or the mobile app, available for Apple and Android devices here.
The itinerary builder is integrated between the online program and app such that your custom schedule can be viewed on either and items added via one will sync with the other.
Note however that the app takes priority such that if you delete an existing item from your itinerary via the online program, it will still appear in your app. The online program and mobile app are dynamic and update immediately to reflect any changes to the schedule (e.g. talk cancellations).
Hard-copy program books will not be provided. If you want a pdf of the program and/or of your custom itinerary, you can create one in the online program. If you want to print these, we recommend you do this just before you come (so they are as up-to-date as possible).
